If you provide personal contact information, RegisteredHorse is not responsible for any misuse of this information. RegisteredHorse does not sell your email address to third parties. Ads can be removed by RegisteredHorse at any time for no reason. All ads must pertain to horse related items and services. The definition of horse related is solely determined by RegistseredHorse. RegisteredHorse is not responsible for returning photos we recieve by mail or email. RegisteredHorse is not responsible for errors appearing in advertisements. All fees paid are non-refundable. We reserve the right to delete ads for any listing on our site without notice to member.
RegisteredHorse cannot be held responsible for violations created by its users or customers. These violations are not limited to copyright violation, trademark violations, trade names, patents, or content that is in violation of any local, state, or federal laws. Our members are solely responsible for obtaining permission from photographers to display images on our site. If there is a visible photographer's signature or label on the face of a photo, we will not remove this information from the digital image that we display. If we are informed of copyright violations created by our customers, we will remove disputed images from the site without refund or prior notice to the offender. RegisteredHorse may disable or terminate the accounts of users who have violated the copyrights of others. RegisteredHorse acts as a venue for listing horses and other items for sale. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers, in the event you have a dispute with one or more users, you release RegisteredHorse and its owners, agents, subsidiaries and employees from claims, demands and damages (actual or consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
RegisteredHorse does not guarantee the sale of your horse or your horse's services. RegisteredHorse does not guarantee the owner or seller's services, or any horse's performance or soundness. RegisteredHorse strongly recommends that you obtain a pre-purchase exam performed by the buyer's equine veterinarian of choice, on any horse prior to purchase. RegisteredHorse does not guarantee or warrant the performance of any person or entity advertising on its site. RegisteredHorse does not control the content posted on the site and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content. RegisteredHorse does not have a program to insure receipt of your purchases from third parties. Rates of membership are subject to change at any time. Owners are responsible to proofread ads and confirm that correct photos are appearing on ads. Owners are responsible for early deletion of ads. Owners are responsible for marking horses as sold. Service interruptions are possible. RegisteredHorse cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to circumstances beyond our control.
All advertisement listings are subject to editorial changes or deletion without notice to the seller. Members are not permitted to list the same item more than once. If a member is caught listing the same item more than once, there membership will be suspended without notice. Membership packages that due not allow website links within the ad will be deleted automatically. If the ad is placed again with a website link RegisteredHorse has the right to terminate the membership without refund. Inapropriate ads or derogatory ads are not permitted on RegisteredHorse. There is to be no linking from one ad to another ad on a diffrent site. Ads for horses with ownership dispute are not allowed on RegisteredHorse. Profanity and harassment are not allowed on RegisteredHorse. If found, these ads will be immediately deleted and the user's access to their account will be suspended or teminated.
If you have a complaint about a seller in our community, please contact us with the details. If we suspect that a seller is participating in any sort of questionable or fraudulent activity via our site, engaging in any sort of false or misleading advertising, etc., we will disable that seller's account without notice at our own discretion. Solicitation other RegisteredHorse users through our site or ads is not allowed. If you send any type of unsolicited email to other users your account will be disabled and your ads will be deleted. If you see a slanderous or malicious ad on our site or receive unsolicited email from another user please let us know and we will look in to the situation in a timely manner.
